Start a Return

To initiate a return, please find your Reference Number, which begins with "GE." You can locate this number on the waybill from our delivery partner, DHL. Along with the email used for your order, this will allow you to proceed with your return.

Return options may vary by region. If "Standard Return" is available, you can use your preferred provider, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

When available, "Economy prepaid" is our recommended option for a free of charge (return)
