Returns
Term
You have the right to return the received products within 14 days after receipt of the Products without giving reasons.
Refund
If the purchased products are returned on time and in perfect, unused condition and in the original packaging, you will refund the purchase amount minus shipping charges paid at checkout and customs clearance costs.
Refunds will be made to the means of payment chosen by you and will be initiated as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail as confirmation that your goods have arrived and a refund has been initiated. Depending on the credit card provider, it may take up to 14 days before the refund is visible on your statement.

Defective products / incorrect deliveries
Please check the products you receive from us for faults immediately upon receipt. Products are faulty if they arrive damaged or have a material or manufacturing defect. Commercial or technically unavoidable, material-related deviations in the quality, colour, size or design of the product do not constitute defects. This also applies to natural wear and tear.
Before you return a faulty or incorrectly delivered product to us, please indicate this return to our customer service at JET SET (including information about the order (order number; info delivery note).
Defective products will be repaired by us or replaced with a faultless identical product. If the product cannot be repaired or the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
Exchange
We do not offer the right of exchange.
Start a Return
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform our partner Global-e of your decision to cancel your Order by a clear statement using the Global-e Returns portal here and follow the instructions:
- Connect to the return portal, enter the reference N° of your shipment and email address which was used to place the order.
- Select the item(s) and reason for return.
- Select the return method and check the disclaimer, your return label* will be generated.
- We recommend to pack the item/s for return in the original packaging if possible.
- Place all the items you selected to return, including this note, into the container and seal it.
- Make sure the container fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs.
- Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the container.
- Affix the return label* securely to the outside of the package. Hand the commercial invoice to the courier.
- If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label attached to this document.
