We only deliver by dispatch. Unfortunately it is not possible to collect the goods yourself. We do not deliver to packing stations, prisons, etc.).

Consignment tracking
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the DHL shipment number. You can check the shipment status after one working day via www.dhl.de. Then enter your shipment number to track the status of your shipment.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times for Switzerland an of EU countries: 3- 4 working days; Rest of the Word: max. 7 Working days.
The expected delivery times are to be regarded as guidelines and start from the date of delivery. We do not accept any liability for delays in delivery. The transfer of risk starts from the time the products arrive at your premises.
